There is a wild card aspect to the Az voter fraud investigation and that is the phantom voter issue. It has been discovered that substantial number of registered voters are fictitious names associated with false registration locations. The number of these non existent phantom voters who voted in the 2020 election is a significant percentage of the vote totals.

Garland is essentially fighting to keep these phantom voters from being disenfranchised.

There is speculation that once a serious investigation into these phantom voters takes place, it will also be discovered that the phantom voters have been receiving billions of dollars in EBT cards, welfare benefits and government health care The larger concern is that scrutiny of phantom voters will spread to scrutiny of phantom welfare recipients which will put a lot of government officials and politicians in jail .
