OH. I forgot the FBI has nothing better to do then lock up people believe in Nuremberg code, OSHA regulations, HIPAA, Health insurance, general liability and regulations against discrimination.

I doubt they will ever figure out they're on the wrong side of the law.

OH!!! now I understand what you mean. They don't need a vaccination card because of discrimination laws would prohibit that.

No, they don’t need a vaccination card because the state of California already maintains a registry within the Department of Health. The state health department is assigning a random number to each person within the vaccine registry and then handing those numbers over to the state lottery agency who will then conduct the drawings to determine prize winners. The selected numbers will be given to the health department, who will then contact the individuals who’ve won.

Did you not read the news story about this? All the details are within, or within links from the news article. They don’t need a vaccine card because they have the data necessary to conduct the lottery.

That would be a violation of California civil code 51 B
PART 2. PERSONAL RIGHTS [43 - 53.7] ( Part 2 enacted 1872. )

51. (a) This section shall be known, and may be cited, as the Unruh Civil Rights Act.(b) All persons within the jurisdiction of this state are free and equal, and no matter what their sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status are entitled to the full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services in all business establishments of every kind whatsoever.

Medical condition means
(A) Any scientifically or medically identifiable gene or chromosome, or combination or alteration thereof, that is known to be a cause of a disease or disorder in a person or that person’s offspring, or that is determined to be associated with a statistically increased risk of development of a disease or disorder, and that is presently not associated with any symptoms of any disease or disorder.

You can make the claim, but I don’t think any court would agree. Handing over a set of random numbers doesn’t violate anything.

I’m not generally a fan of helicopter money as I think it interferes with the normal market flow and a health free market leads to a healthy economy. The only real exception I might have to that is cases where national security comes into play. This doesn’t match that, but it’s also a state decision and states are meant to be where different ideas can be tested. I think this will invariably have some unforeseen consequences given the monetary incentive attached, but I see no legal reason they can’t do it anyway.

Celebrity chef Andrew Gruel, who defied the state’s lockdown orders, said the state should invest that money into small businesses instead.

They must think that we are big fat fools. Oh, wait. Never mind. We are fools. PT Barnum was right.

And apparently people who have gotten the vaccine are missing from the vaccine database. Oh darn. Lol.

But it confirms that, generally speaking, humans are idiots. The lottery is designed for people who don’t understand math and essentially are fools.

With humanity being this stupid, it is surprising that we have made it this far with out destroying ourselves or becoming a mass of mindless sheep. We have come close a few times and this doesn’t bode well for humanity and I am very concerned.

If you are not inclined to get the vaccine, I am not sure a lottery would sway you. Especially in a state like CA...there are so many people that the odds are not ever in your favor.

If you “wanted” the vaccine...you would have already gotten it.

Newsome seems to have too much money in his pocket.
