Jimmy Carter was in over his head but I think he at least liked America. Biden has dementia and has spend his his career trying to rip off America to enrich himself and his family.

Jimmy is breathing easy finally after all these years and as always it took TRUMP to point it out, so Jimmy is probably very grateful. The only other thing he could have said is that if Biden did not straighten up he would end up worse than Obama. That would have been the double stinger.
