They are not the lesser of two evils. They are just another evil. Defund them, deny them support. If they refuse to be an actual opposition party than they serve no purpose at all and they should be starved to death until something better can rise.

Not surprising at all. If Daddy were alive, he’d have helped little Georgie frame his message so it isn’t so obvious but since he’s gone, Georgie can’t help but reveal himself. The Republican Party can and must evolve into a true nationalist, conservative political party without the Bush league. Without the Trump supporters the Party will wither and become irrelevant. MAGA is getting the Tea Party treatment. Only this time the people in the MAGA camp are about quadruple the size of the Tea Party.

You are not going to get a top down party that represents the interests of the average person when our business climate has been stuck so long on laissez faire in a world where other countries have looked out after their own self interest.
The only way we can prevent the American middle class from being a speed bump on the way toward a great American fire sale is to hammer out a platform amongst ourselves, community by community. Yes, we are going to have to skirt the identity politics obstacle in order to talk about things where consensus may be reached on issues like pot holes, the electric grid, zoning, healthcare price gouging, and making our communities more welcoming to manufacturing. We need to do this ourselves. Nothing representative of our interests is going to come out of the Washington bubble.
