If this result surprises you, you haven’t been paying attention. – It is no secret that the Republican Party establishment has coalesced behind former Virginia Governor and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley as its’ preferred GOP presidential nominee for 2024. Haley is a consummate creature of the DC Swamp, a RINO at heart who would be very easy for party insiders and funders to manipulate as president. She is basically the female version of Jeb! Bush.
But Amb. Haley will have a very steep hill to climb in order to become the 2024 nominee, if the results of yesterday’s CPAC Straw Poll are any indication. Donald Trump of course came in as the clear front-runner in the poll, but if you assume as I do that he will not be the party’s nominee, given that he will then be as old as Joe Biden is now, there is one clear-cut front runner who Haley would have to find a way to overcome: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Virginia Governor? Anyone shilling for Haley is part of the problem. She’s actually a pretty good litmus test.

Flipped to CNN this morning and they were making a big deal about President Trump lying from the state because he said he won the election. Also had a 97% job approval rating at CPAC and at that one contributor said that you have to understand what CPAC it, it is where all the black helicopter likes get all together.
Or South Carolina... either way she isn’t memorable
If Trump decides not to run in 2024, whoever he endorses will be the GOP candidate.
That's my dream team. 4 more years of Trump then 8 years of DeSantis.

CNN is just left wing propaganda. They can easily promote Trump hate and lie with a straight face. There are still millions of people who will fall for anything related to Trump hatred. They can sell their advertisements to manipulate weak viewers.
