Former President Donald Trump has told close friends he has lined up hundreds of millions in backing for a proposed new media venture already.
The details are thin and while Trump may start a new social media platform, he also hinted he may start with a subscription service rather than build out a new social media company. Either way, he has plenty of options.
Surprisingly, the sources close to Trump said major investors from Silicon Valley are considering backing the venture over censorship fears and a dislike for our current online âcancel culture.â
Details of the plan first leaked when Trump started doing television interviews after his Senate impeachment acquittal and they are becoming more frequent.

Normally I wouldn’t want to pay to join that kind of social media platform but if Trump is on it and there’s free speech and they moderate to make sure Leftist trolls do not spoil the experience for everyone, then it’s worth the subscriber fees.
