Y’all here on this blog need to wake up! The Constitution is a dead letter. The Bill of Rights is no longer in effect. Thr Rule of Law is a farce. The legal framework of jurisprudential judgments that was the foundation of our court system has been destroyed. Any experience that anybody has with attorneys and judges today is no different than the corrupt and whimsical political courts of Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia. The reality of the catastrophe of the 2020 fraudulent election will make itself stark and plain for all to see in a myriad of ways as the year unfolds.
Got a newsflash for the Governor.... That list of witnesses that Trump will call will not go away. And all of those politicians will be put under oath in court of law, not a court of politics.
My concern as well. Every request for information wil be challenged. Draw a crooked judge and nothing exculpatory will be allowed in.

Right. The Uniparty wants criminal proceedings because that is outside the purview of the Senate and will not tie up Senate business. The swamp is back in business after 4 years and no way do they want the Senate shut down for months over impeachment. China Mitch has a 4 year long to-do list from his big donors at the Chamber of Chinese Commerce. GOP donors want results ASAP. Impeachment was blocking that.
