Would this monthly payment replace the social security benefits and welfare benefits, and medical benefits etc. that many families in distress already receive? And would it apply to all of the illegal immigrant children that are now on the way to the USA? Romney and all of the other high minded commie liberals are not talking about their own billions, they are being generous with the taxes paid into the US treasury by working Americans who take care of their own families.
