The town of Palm Beach, Florida, is reviewing legal documents after former President Donald Trump decided to make Mar-a-Lago – his private club – his permanent residence.
When Trump converted the private residence into a club in 1993, he allegedly came to an agreement with the town about residency restrictions. According to The Hill, some of the conditions of the agreement are that club members, including the former president himself, could only spend a maximum of seven consecutive days and no more than three weeks a year at the property. The number of members are also capped at 500 and there are parking restrictions as well.

Why is a “review” necessary? Either the document exists or it doesn’t. Just a catty Trump-hater trying to stir up controversy.
Wow. I can’t imagine owning such a beautiful place and the elites tell me I can’t even live there.....hard to believe.

Allegedly signing a document is not actually signing a document.
Alleged signatures do not hold up in court.
Given the current crowd of elites, it’s not really that hard to believe anymore. There is no depth they will not stoop to to get at Trump. That includes breaking the law to do it.
I said, in another post on the same subject that, if they kick President Trump out of his digs, he should sell the property to Exxon-Mobil. They should build an oil refinery there.
Palm Beach might want to think again considering all the jobs and tourism created by Trump.
I’m surprised, as I thought Florida was exceptionally pro-Trump. This poor man is handed a plate of excrement every time he turns around.
The deal is member specific. He’s not a member. He owns the property. The deal was he wasn’t going to turn it into condos.
Palm Beach is not Florida, it is an enclave that happens to be here. Playground of the geriatric trust funders.

Palm Beach County-home of the butterfly ballot in 2000 is a Democrat area. It was reported that hidin bidin won that county.
