Dershowitz - who I trust in these matters - says the impeachment is unconstitutional on several grounds. Trump’s lawyers should make that case to the Supreme Court. The Republicans should just refuse to show up.

Roberts may do what you suggest, but not because of his integrity. He may do so only to keep Trump from having a venue to show the evidence he has amassed in the election fraud of 6 states.

Majority Leader Chuck Schumer got a rise out of lawmakers on the Senate floor Friday when he fumbled his words and said that they will have to decide if former President Donald Trump incited the “erection” against the US.
“Make no mistake, there will be a trial and when that trial ends, senators will have to decide if they believe Donald John Trump incited the erection against the United States,” Schumer said.
Noticing his boneheaded slip-up, he corrected himself and said “insurrection,” but that didn’t stop online wags from roasting him.
“Well, sometimes insurrection is a HARD word to pronounce,” one Twitter user wrote.
“I regret the image this conjured in my mind. Yuck,” another wrote.

I just heard Ken Starr say the same thing. He indicated that John Roberts should know better and not agree to the trial.
If I were Trump I would file in court for breach of the constitution by the house and senate.
Roberts might have to recuse himself.

Trump will get re-sworn in on March 4th (the real inauguration date before the globalists changed it to 01/20), the IRS will be abolished, and gold/silver backed money will become standard again.
