I did not say the PRC is not culpable. The response was incredibly poor. But, I do not think this was a bioweapon.
Dr. Li-Meng Yan disagrees with your assessment. She is a brave woman who has fled China and is in hiding to preserve her life.
This was absolutely a gain of function experiment and she believes it was deliberately unleashed on the world as a bioweapon.
Others believe it was a gain of function of the virus and may or may not have been set purposefully upon the world.
