In one of my last posts exposing the hacking I wrote:

Find the “standards” committees responsible for the relevant technical elements apparent in the exploit. Within that group... filter for the “coincidences” in interest. Only a fairly small group will have relevant technical competence... sufficient to enable what did happen... in the way that it did. Patterns in relationships and network comms between people will show the way.

So, here’s something that fits that as a “coincidence”:

This is the young woman to whom the perp deeded the houses:

From January 2010 to May 2012, she worked for Dataflow Enterprises Inc. in Knoxville. Relevant background overlaps in ticket printing and scanning... event entry control and similar event functions.

From November 2012 to February 2016, she worked as a senior project manager at Vendini in San Francisco.

But, consistent with the functions seen in election machines and related services... follow the money and acquisitions.

Vendini and Dataflow... are the same thing:

Recent acquisitions

In 2011, Vendini acquired Dataflow Workspace, a software that helps manage the backend aspects of music and arts festivals, built by Dataflow Enterprises, a company based in Knoxville, Tennesee.[9] As a part of the acquisition, Vendini brought on Robby Black, CEO and founder of Dataflow Enterprises, as Director of Festival Solutions.

In 2014, Vendini acquired In Ticketing, a company based in Sabastapol, California.[10] In Ticketing was founded in 2001 by Steve Weisz, and was a provider of online ticketing services and box office software that had a strong focus on live music venues.[11] Vendini brought Weisz onto the team as the head of Business Development for its Live Music division.

Awards and recognition
In November 2014, Vendini announced that it joined the PCI Security Council as a Participating Organization.[13] As Participating Organization, Vendini works with the council to achieve and improve payment data security worldwide through the ongoing development of the PCI Standards.

The hacking links knowledge of standards to the tech/telecom (facilitators) and software/server (location) issues... the AT&T site as a target... links to the “computer” guy ID’d as the bomber... and he links to this girl who links to the PCI Standards committee.
