What happened to the wood that made it that way in the beautiful petrified trees in the forests of Arizona? They believe that petrified wood is so old that in the prehistoric period it has emerged. But do you know how petrified wood was made? This guide will show you how. What is petrified wood and how is it formed?

Fossil wood is considered to have grown when the material of the plant is buried by sediment. When the wood is buried deep in the muck, it is protected from decay caused by exposure to oxygen and organisms.

The posted article said it was 225 million years old. What it did not say is that it took 225 million years to become petrified.

Point is, the geologic column dictates that each rock layer was laid down subsequently over those eons, but commonly found petrified logs penetrate supposed millions, impossible for the reasons stated.

But when the intent is to demand obedience to the evolutionary god of time and therefore chance and no singularity of creation by God, everything contrary gets explained away by more fiction.

Go in your garage and make me a diamond. Not the cheap Russian imitations. A diamond with no flaws. Find yourself some carbon and squeeze it real hard.

The Petrified Forest is our favorite national park. There were places there which were so desolate and timeless, without water, and lifeless except for the desert scrub, which seemed more dead than alive. It made you contemplate the immensity of time, and how very short our lives are.

The town of Holbrook is an interesting place as well. The capital of Navajo county, it seemed to me to be Navajo, Hispanic, and White in equal and separate portions, mixing only at the town’s Safeway store which catered to each.

"It doesn’t take millions of years for something to become petrified."

How does it feel to wake up each morning with a 15th-century whackjob named Ussher shouting inside your skull?

"What one believe’s about the age of the earth is not a tenet of salvation."

BRAVO!

Nor is clinging to the mind-barfs of a 15th-century charlatan a mark of piety.

Internet searches are your friend. Searched for “flawless manmade diamonds and read the first five hits.

Apparently one can indeed make such gems in the garage, with a few million in equipment.

You had a Point?
