The DUE DATE for the report is Friday.
I suspect the administration and the other recipients have had it for a few days.
The public is not entitled to the report.
I think SolarWinds is a part of the report.
At this point i would be surprised if he didn’t.
The swamp has made a point of revealing themselves in their victory dance, so I don’t know what else he could do or why he has done what he has done the way he has done it if that was not his end game. Unless it is something we would never see coming. Its almost time to find out, that’s for sure.

I agree that it’s likely the recipients already have the report. It would make sense, in light of the critical importance of the issues at hand.

I think the republicans are such losers that even if they had the info to
prove that this election was stolen or was fixed by outside forces, they
still wouldn’t do anything because they are so scared about the
repercussions. They are so afraid of what the lefts reaction will be.
And when will enforce this EO? NOBODY!
