Geller points out that Radcliffe's report was due after the 18th. Isn't it needed no later than the 45th day of EO 13848, the 18th?

I think that the report is due “no later than day 45”. if this is true, I see no reason why Ratcliff would wait until the very last day, taking the chance that some kind of a national emergency would prevent him from presenting it in the proper manner. Is this just another Lucy with the football for us conservatives?

Geller os wrong. The DNI;s report or assessment of foreign interference in our election is due NA LATER THAB 45 says after the election.

But it is not due to the public. It is due to the President, and the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security for further action.
