Failing all else (or outright Civil War 2.0), it would appear the only remaining option if SCOTUS doesn’t rectify this is the Insurrection Act.
Will Trump have the cajones to do it? If anyone does, it’s him. But will even HE go that far?
If he doesn’t, it will be like handing the keys over to the Chinese on the way out the door. I just don’t think he can do that.
