has anyone heard an estimate of the number of people who attended? All I see are articles blasting Trump for daring to talk about voter fraud, and some articles that mention a crowd of “thousands”. Have the Trump people released an estimate?

Thank you, GE, for your thoughtful, respectful post. You raise important points which I will try to address.

I do not personally know either of these people, and thus my opinion of them is based upon information that I read and choose to believe, as well as observing them speak.

Whether it’s Loeffler’s questionable stock trades, or Perdue’s remarks in his recent interview with the Washington Post, I believe their interest in holding office is for personal gratification first, not America First.

I carefully watched and listened to them speak at the rally. Their whole demeanor struck me as completely phony and self-serving. I was quite frankly repulsed. Did you notice how both of them actually copied Trump’s mannerisms when dealing with the crowd? The pointing of the finger, moving it back and forth, and then the thumbs up sign that they mimicked came off to me as fake and so deliberate. The crowd loudly responding by telling them to “Fight For Trump” sums it up. They weren’t buying their self-serving schtick either.

President Trump plays the long game. He will do and say many things in order to achieve the best long term result for the People. Example: Early on, giving verbal praise about Romney and McCain when the reality of their true character was the opposite. He does this because he plays to win. Many recognize his strategy.

He needs as many tools in his toolbox to work his deals for us. When one sets emotion aside, it is clear that withholding one’s vote for the Republicans in this instance, will remove an opportunity for Trump to leverage on our behalf. I believe that is why he agreed to hold the rally, and gave them verbal praise and support: not because of who they are, but because of the position they hold, and the critical importance of keeping the Senate, for Trump to get good judges, etc.

You seem sincere but naive. David Perdue votes with the Democrats 48% of the time. That’s nearly half. He last year co-sponsored a red flag law with Michael Blomberg for God’s sake and refused to back down in the face of a tidal wave backlash. Kelly Loeffler bought her senate seat from Kemp for $500,000 earlier this year then promptly got Perdue removed from his seat on the Senate agricultural committee so she could take the seat. That committee regulates her husband’s business. No conflict of interest or anything. Both of these candidates are terrible and we all know it. Just not quite as terrible as a Democrat majority.

>>>Senator Shelby apparently “gets the idea”. He told GOP voters not to vote for the GOP candidate to replace Sessions. Then the radical Democrat won and then Obamacare repeal failed by ONE vote.<<<

So, you are proposing to do the same thing you accused Senator Shelby of doing, helping the DEMONcRAT (actually two DEMONCRATS) Win so Chuck the Schmuck can run the Senate and finish off what remains of our Constitutional Republic?

Got it.

Thank you Kalamata, as well. I have truly enjoyed our friendship over the many years.

Your message here was excellent, as well. If you saw their actions yesterday on stage as phony and repulsive, then that is surely what many others must have seen as well. Maybe they are, but they are still the employees we were given that we must work to control to everyone's best advantage.

Calling them names, however, especially destructive names like scumbags, is not in our, or the President's favor. It hurts the President's long game, as you called it, as some may only see these words, and tune everything that is going on, out. Simply shut off the radio, and go about their lives, not wanting to support "scumbags" for any reason whatsoever.

We should have a healthy dose of skepticism with any politician. I even have some reservations about Trump myself, as should everyone, as no man is perfect. As I said above, though, these are the chess pieces we were dealt. We should get every mile out of them, for our purposes, that we can. Undermining their humanity prohibits that. They're politicians. We want them to do what we want. Calling them horrible names mean they will only tune us out, not do what we want.

As I've said, I would threaten to not vote for them, to get them in gear. That is the language they understand, and respond to, not the name calling. At that point they can't assume you would vote for them, ever.

Now Kemp, and those State Republicans, are lost causes. Call them whatever you want LOL.

Highest Regards.

Sadly the fix is in. A coordinated effort from the vote tallying machines, the media, then to all branches of government was put into place. The swamp will go on. Americans will become more enslaved and Dems will have a super-majority in 3-4 election cycles.
Really feeling bummed here. The American experiment is fading. It’s about time to live my tag line.

Perdue votes with the Democrats 48% of the time.

Pardon pardon me if I am simply naive, but that stat is a lot different than all the others I've seen and heard lately. Is there a link or two with the real truth?

See my post to Kamala as well please. Thanks.

I used to believe that as well, and look forward to reading it. No more, after the last couple of months. I've joined the others that were questioning him before me. You might do well to at least consider it. Thanks.

The only difference it will make will be no stacking of the Courts will pass nor will DC statehood. Those are huge issues, so that does make it crucial, but expectations can’t go beyond that. It will be status quo at best on everything else.

Romney, Murkowski, and Collins run the show...with others wanting to be “on board” with them setting the agenda for the sake of “working together.”

Winning the GA Senate seats might give us two years, after that the new permanent Democrat majority provided by Bush League Republicans through amnesty will do whatever they want.

As have I, Golden Eagle! My respect for your judgement is most high, and your points are forcefully made.

I have considered your expertly-made explanation and analysis and cede to your wiser words. It does seem akin to how Trump plays the long game.

I shall henceforth attempt to use restraint in calling them out as perceived. However, once they are of no further “use”, all bets are off : )

Once again, thank you for taking issue with my use of those descriptors. It was well-deserved and much appreciated.

Mrs. K.
