Are you saying this does not apply to the PA certification, is OBE, the judge doesn’t have authority, or what?
She is putting a TEMP. halt on anything not yet certified...meaning the down state races
The other side has already appealed her decision. A ruling could come at any time.
Then it could be appealed by the Republicans
