I did not see it.
I am speaking about the very narrow issue concerning the temp. halt to certification in PA.
It does not stop Biden from being certified. He was already certified...like I said..this came a day too late.
What it did was halt further certification for anything not certified.
What happens from here is unknown and really no mechanism in place except for electoral college issues.
There is a case on appeal that could kick back down to Judge Brann leaving him to decide again.
Where Sidney Powell might be helpful here is if she had something that could persuade Judge Brann that maybe he should hear the evidence...a view I hold as unlikely on her end and his end.
If a CIA DIrector came forward and said he changed the election..maybe Brann would take notice but Powell is going to have nothing PROVEN that has that kind of shock value
Sorry you missed it! It was truly epic. Trump supporters here on FR were talking of misty eyes, and everyone who supports the President was truly inspired by the legal team’s presentation, and the PA Senate response.
