Biden is NOT certified in PA. the legislators have NOT certified the election SO she is dead wrong and as usual doesn’t know what the hell she is talking about!!!

I am speaking about the very narrow issue concerning the temp. halt to certification in PA.
It does not stop Biden from being certified. He was already certified...like I said..this came a day too late.
What it did was halt further certification for anything not certified.
What happens from here is unknown and really no mechanism in place except for electoral college issues.
There is a case on appeal that could kick back down to Judge Brann leaving him to decide again.
Where Sidney Powell might be helpful here is if she had something that could persuade Judge Brann that maybe he should hear the evidence...a view I hold as unlikely on her end and his end.
If a CIA DIrector came forward and said he changed the election..maybe Brann would take notice but Powell is going to have nothing PROVEN that has that kind of shock value
not a lawyer but i wag that there may be at least 3 potential possible trump paths from today’s PA hearing.
path 1, PA legislature asserts control, sends pro trump reps to EC. issue— requires all republican state legislators and iirc a few democrat legislators explicit support to proceed. all who proceed are taking a political chance since trump is being vilified in the MSM as evil
path 2, PA does whatever but USSC asserts control under denial of equal protection of civil rights, 42USC1983, disquaifies PA electors and (maybe) throws election to the US House of Reps. good news, Alito seems favorably disposed.
path 3, Trump prevails in WI, MI, GA— PA not needed for EC win.
