last I heard Sidney say some time a week ago....it would be this Wed or the latest Friday this week.....People aren’t listening very well.

I also heard her say that a few days ago. I can't remember which show I heard it on as I, like a lot of you have been listening to multiple programs trying to get as much info as possible for a long time. But, I definately heard from her own mouth mention "or Friday at the latest". It may have been on Howie Carr's show, but I can't be certain.

That’s right...and frankly it doesn’t much bother me when these Attorneys act on what they have....I understand the timing is both political AND legal but there’s also “other’ plays in a very wide and broad field going on now.

I’ve been following the shows as you have and being originally from Boston, I was paying particular attention to Powell on Howie’s show. I seem to remember that’s when she said... “At the latest Friday.”
