Philadelphia county Pennsylvania has a total population of 1,591,800 according to the 2019 est. federal census.
That federal census also states that 22% of that population, 350,196, are under 18 years old. That reduces the pool of eligible voters to 1,241,604.
That figure just happens to be almost exactly the same number of actual registered voters claimed by the Philadelphia county Voter Registration Office.
That would mean that EVERYONE of voting age in the county is registered to vote.
I am calling bullshit on that, and President Trump’s fraud chases had better damn well look into the matter!
First thing to note is that they should not be using percentages on the front (upstream) end. If they are (”they” being anybody but the final presenter of the data) then that screws up all sorts of calculations down the line. Let’s pretend they are not that stupid.
Second thing is .006 of 2,984,522 is 17,907 votes, way more than the new 54 votes that came in between posts. That right there is evidence of manipulation.
At post 187, Trump’s 56.6% of the votes cast is 1,689,209. At post 188, Trump’s 56.0% of the vote is 1,671,332. A difference of 17,877 votes. The difference between 17,907 and 17,877 is 30 - well inside that 54 vote update. Assume that Trump got 30 of the 52, Biden got 23, and someone else (that Libertarian, say) got 1, pretty much in line with the prior distribution, and the numbers match almost perfectly. In any case, the 54 votes come nowhere near the amount required to change the percentages like that.
But, somehow, 17,877 votes got transferred out of Trump’s total and into Biden’s. Somebody has some ‘splainin’ to do.
This is the same rounding con by Richard Pryor’s character in the Superman movie - who’s going to notice fractions of a penny, or fractions of a vote percent? At least until you pull up to the White House in your new Ferrari.

that’s pretty crucial. otherwise this data is not very good.
analysis of vote total alterations, though surely some are just corrections or deletions of double-counts. That said, it looks like a ridiculously high number.
And it’s not only the presidental election that is involved, plenty of state positions such as state legislators and judges are elected and of course US Senators and Reps. Fraud has polluted our elections for decades and this time it’s like a nuclear explosion. It either gets rooted out and those responsible get charged with crimes or we have no country.

I would have bet money these guys would crack the cheat by analyzing the data. Only side bet; would it be the Pedes at The_Donald or the Autist over at the Chans that nailed it first. They pontificate and express opinions like everyone else, but a straight analytical challenge they are like Piranha snacking at the beach.
