It’s a cut & dry case for the Denver jury.

1. Bear Spray is not lethal and therefore a person may not use deadly force to defend themselves against bear spray.

2. A person, standing their ground, has the the right and responsibility to use physical force to grab a gun from a person who they perceive in threatening.
