On that note, I’ll ask you whether this would be legalization, or a removal of an un-Constitutional prohibition?

Employers already are having a hard time finding DRUG FREE employees... This won’t help.

We should continue to spend billions of taxpayer dollars to preserve criminals' lucrative monopoly on the marijuana market ... so that employers can continue to use tests that detect weeks-old marijuana use, for even non-safety-related jobs? Nuts to that; employers can be stupid on their own dime.

What makes you say that?

I say that because I live here. And the work that I did with the public for 25 years leads to that inescapable conclusion.

Legalization has been a complete disaster here in Washington State although I have absolutely no expectation that you will ever acknowledge this.

Most of what you've posted in support of your claim has been rank nonsense.

You are a one subject propaganda machine. Basically everything that you post is outright and disgusting one sided nonsense.

Your first link doesn't even mention Washington State - so I take you're now off on a general Reefer Madness screed. Let me know if and when you can be bothered to make a claim that is supported by your links.

Alcohol is also bad for preborn babies; do you support banning that drug too, or are you a baldfaced hypocrite?

Maybe they should stop testing employees for drugs?

Unless you're driving a school bus, flying a plane, or operating a forklift, does it really matter if you smoke weed? Somehow we went over 220 years as a nation without drug testing everyone and still managed to be a productive country.

Trump is on record saying he would sign a bill to legalize marijuana if it came to his desk.

Alcohol is also bad for preborn babies.

The vast majority of marijuana users also use alcohol. Many people use them together. do not advocate for the use of either substance... they are both abused and cause untold damage to society. Your equivocation demonstrates only that you are an idiot. ie... Shooting people is bad for them, should we also ban stabbing people?

I live here too, chief. Marijuana will be legal nationwide in a few years, likely - and it should be.

And in my neck of the woods pothead drivers are killing more people than drunks.

Then the rules for smoking marijuana and cigarettes or cigars should be the same ... any place that allows you to smoke one should be required to allow smoking the others.

And in your case it definitely shows. Go back to California where you belong!

Over half of all Republicans support legalization.

Must be Libertarian crazies or sociopathic profiteers. Recreational marijuana is a plague here in ATL. It keeps people stupid and pliable for exploitation by poverty pimps, racists, anarchists and Marxists. I never saw anything like it in Calif.

We have a national standard for the level of impairment that constitutes drunk driving.

We don’t have that for THC.

Until we have a nationally agreed upon legal standard for what constitutes DUI for pot, we shouldn’t be legalizing it.

The kind of people you don’t want in your party...

But, it appears it’s THEIR party.

So great that you have decided to devote your life to advocating for a “harmless substance”. Everyone should have the right to screw themselves up so that the rest of us can take care of them.

How does it feel to have impaired your ability to use the brain that God gave you, sport?

The minimum sentencing may be disproportionate to the crime but that in no way suggests we should open up the foolishness that is recreational legalization. That's just another avenue for the Left to keep people soft-minded and pliable for their purposes.

Trump's been focused on stopping harder drugs at the border. It makes sense, the "legalization" in states has made things more complicated.

The vast majority of marijuana users also use alcohol. Many people use them together. do not advocate for the use of either substance... they are both abused and cause untold damage to society.

All those words and no answer. Sad.

Your equivocation demonstrates only that you are an idiot. ie... Shooting people is bad for them, should we also ban stabbing people?

That's easy: both shooting and stabbing should be banned. Will you answer my question, or continue to bob, waeve, and evade?

(P.S. Look up "equivocation" - it doesn't apply here.)
