The reason ShadowGate is often taken down is because it is SpyGate material, which like Comet Pizza, is debunked before the facts come in or as another set of facts are manufactured, debunked by wondrous arbiters of truthful virtue such for example, the Snopes:

She may have been indicted and arrested on the domestic violence charge but if she is convicted, the video will figure in her sentencing. Democrat judges and prosecutors work hand in gloves with each other. The domestic violence was just a way to get at her.

So pretty much anything the divorced mother says is to be taken with a grain of salt. If mom felt she had been possibly exposed to Covid, why not shelter in place? Sounds like mom was on a mission that had nothing to do with family concerns. The mother is a typical example of California’s 10-million strong 1980s rustbelt migration. She’s not really Californian, she’s not really from anywhere but she wants to be right, wants everyone to know she has the final word on everything.
This mother at least had a lucid moment to call law enforcement and say all was well and the dispute had been resolved.
It was resolved by Weaver or her husband buying the mother a new phone.
Except that her “alleged attempt” to drop the charges didn’t stop Portage County prosecutor from convening a secret grand jury, issuing an arrest warrant, and filing charges with Child Protective Services. Ohio law allows the prosecutor to file charges despite recanting by alleged victim
Millie still has to appear in court on or about electionnday as well as face the CPS hearing against charges of being an unfit mother.
Ain’t over by a long shot.
So she has a gag order in place until election time....just as effective as jail time for an investigative reporter with the threat of losing her young children still hanging over her head. CP$ hearings which can be postponed, rescheduled to increase the period of uncertainty and dread...SOP for totalitarian states presenting a human face.

Here’s a few facts for you:
1. The mother called the police April 25, 2020.
2. A Portage County grand jury handed up the sealed indictment on July 20.
It doesn’t take two months for a jury to deliberate by televideo to vote to indict on such a simple charge.
Secret grand juries are always active during normal business hours. They review cases day in day out.
Weaver’s case was simple. Takes all of 45 minutes max.
Charges against Weaver, husband, and brother were listed as:
* Theft offense (to erase unauthorized recording of private film).
* Fleeing after offense (getting out of sight of mother).
* Recklessly threatening to inflict harm on mother (warning mother to hand over phone with the stolen phone).
In other words, bullsh*t charges.
This was a political prosecution.
If you support law enforcement in general, good.
But if you support dirty cops, not good.
These were cops controlled by dirty prosecutors, Kim Foxx type prosecutors.
Once that sinks in, it all makes sense.
Kudos to Millie for being quick on her feet.
She knew her ShadowGate film was going to be released. She quickly livestreamed her arrest so that her film partners could see what was happening and go ahead with immediate release of the film ahead of any orders to censor it.
Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and others, the usual suspects, are in process to scrub it out.
