I don’t know how all of it works but there is such a thing as embargoed stories. For example, government unemployment data is released to the media early but they are not allowed to go with the news until x time. I wonder if that is what happened here. Did it come from Kodak or from the government?

the insider leak certainly could have come from a number of insider sources, but regardless of the source, i think the intent was for the leak to establish a cover for insider trading ... only a LEGITIMATE investigation will establish the actual source of the leak ...
i might add that if we had a just world, insider, elitist scumbags would go to jail over these leaks and insider trading ...
