Used to be that if you worked for the government and got a patent, the government owned it and if there are royalties, you got some small percentage.
If anyone’s name is on a patent, it will show up on a US Patent Office search with the Patent Number.

The Maxwell story pimped by most FR is that she is maxwells sister.
He role at NIH is the chief medical Ethics section. I suspect that vaccines probably have some connection there, as in, who gets them and in what priority, etc.
I seriously doubt either her or fauci get personal compensation as govt employees for their official decisions. Outside employment is also tightly
Regulated.
The story that fauci has a patent is similarly highly doubtful. While the govt som times gets a patent or shares a patent, employees I doubt don’t get patents for doing their govt jobs.
Personally I have little use for fauci but this story is just nonsense.
