I think conservatives are going to win most of the remaining cases.

In the past, Roberts has tended to release cases with a political pattern designed to convey balance.

I do think he is a horrible justice nonetheless.

But he perceives balance as his job [he is totally wrong about that]

The two radical left wins to begin the announcements suggests there are at least two more big wins ahead for conservatives.

The problem with “balance” is who gets to decide where the fulcrum is.

I remember watching Roberts’ confirmation. He was brilliant and made Biden look like a fool. He answered with case studies after studies without even a reference in hand. He pictured himself as an originalist. Now, I do believe he is more interested in court balance and reputation than the truth or the Constitution. What a shame.
