I was looking forward to taking my wife out to eat when this was over. Won’t do that now. I’d love to move to another state, but financially, there’s no possible way I can...unless I want my wife and kids to live in poverty.

What if you walk down a crowded street? Do you have to get contact information for everyone on the sidewalk? There's an app for that. It will contact you if someone you've passed has CV.

It’ll contact you if some who passes you has tested positive. There are likely far more people passing you who have it and don’t know it or, if their symptoms were mild, chose not to call their doc.
That app isn’t about public health.

And I haven’t been out to eat longer than that. Too many nasty germs before coronavirus and too expensive.
