CRUZ MISSILE: Ted Cruz Blasts MSNBC’s Chris Hayes’ Ignorant Green New Deal Tweet
NewsBusters ^ | 3/18/2020 | Joseph Vazquez

MSNBC’s on-air talent just can not seem to help themselves. MSNBC host of All In Chris Hayes sent out a flippant tweet in response to reports that the Trump administration will be asking Congress for “more than $800 billion in economic stimulus: $500 bil in payroll tax cut, $250 bil in Small Business Association loans, $58 billion for the airlines, and a smattering of other items." Hayes tweeted, “BREAKING: We can, of course, afford a Green New Deal. That’s been true all along.” He must have forgotten how much that monstrosity of an idea cost, and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), was sure to remind him in a brutal tweet: “$800 billion is not equal to $93 trillion. Even on MSNBC.”

Thank you for posting this. It gave me pause to smile with all that is going on. Would like to see what, if any, retort Chris Hayes can muster to being slammed by Senator Cruz.

It’s not all surprising that Chris Hayes is bad at math.

He’s on the same team that think Bloomberg could give every American voter a million dollars if he wanted.

Actually, the inability to understand orders of magnitude reflects a problem worse than innumeracy. The NBC/MSNBC team have a world view that is entirely inconsistent with reality. Only with such a defective world view could one believe the sort ridiculous nonsense that they routinely spout.

Bernie Sanders says Medicare for All will cost $32 trillion over the next 10 years. Bernie, let’s defer it for a year - and please send us the first $3.2 trillion. We could use that now. :)

Is chris hayes the male queer that pretends he is racheal madcow's counterpart?

The bitch thinks she is a guy and the guy takes his fudge packed and thinks he is a she.

WOW! Both are great at math.

Why take a swipe at Cruz? He was in first person contact with someone who had this virus, and decided to restrict his comings and goings for the recommended 14 days to ensure public safety - since he meets a LOT of different people.

Nah, they still believe that ‘Lyin Ted’ bullshit, and no matter how much he supports Trump and his policies despite all the lies and bullshit Trump said during the the election, they unlike Cruz are incapable of putting it behind them.
