Yes, I recall that article. They blamed the tariffs that were ruining farmers across the fruited plain. I was surprised, but perhaps it was fake news.
I thought a CNN or MSNBC reporter - last month - went around Iowa trying to find a farmer to trash Trump and couldn’t find one... I’m guessing Trump’s real approval numbers are higher than this poll shows.
