WW III will not use nukes—just as poison gas was not used in WW II. It will be China vs USA and Japan. Russia will be neutral as will Europe, Even India will hold off as will Iran. It will be a naval war with fighting on Islands and maybe Vietnam. Last two years, loss of life maybe 100 million. Most though Bio-weapons. We may lose this war and give up Hawaii and Alaska and Samoa/Guam. Russia may well save us from total defeat.

Yes, many think the seven letters to the seven churches refer to church ages. With that logic we are living in the Church of Sardis and transitioning very soon to be in the church of Philadelphia. The church of Philadelphia reminds me of your quote. Another view is the churches refer to major regions of the current church. With that understanding the Church of Sardis from the first century maps closely with America in present day.
I agree with can’t come soon enough, but I tremble at the thought that only 1 in 4 of us will be saved through this chastisement we are in (according to prophecy) and both the faithful and the unfaithful will be treated the same in some of the plagues. It is certainly true for what some have called the first plague... Cancer.

“Do not quench the Spirit, do not despise prophesying, but test everything; hold fast what is good, abstain from every form of evil.” 1 Thes 5:19-22
From Public Revelation, if the town of Nineveh were to quench the spirit when told of the Lord’s wrath by Jonah, they certainly would have perished after those 40 days.
Not all prophecy is good... Not all prophets are accurate... Some prophets work for evil and distort the truth. Test everything.
