This is CGI but I have been following the Boston Dynamics robots and their improvements. This is not far off in the future. A few years from now we will see these battle robots at this level. The book, 1984 was not supposed to be an instruction manual and neither was the Terminator movie. What would the deep state do with an army of these machines?

They have certainly watched a lot of Boston Dynamics videos.
It’s all CGI. The robot is too crisp and there’s shadow issues.

There is no way something like that becomes self aware and saves another robot either. The capabilities are just a few years off though and what the Deep State would do with an army of these things scares the crap out of me. Just think if they sent them to take your guns.
If we keep hitting robots with hockey sticks and releasing swarms of bees upon them, they’ll eventually they will rise up and play even worse gags on their human masters.
Funny comment but there is no way something like that will be self aware for a very very very long time.
What scares the crap out of me is that we are not that far from seeing machines with those capabilities. Who will control them and the bigger question is who will control those who control them?

What’s even scarier is the possibility that they can get humans to do the same thing as robots. Just kill without thinking.
Humans are still limited by self preservation. (Belt bombers and Kamikazes excepted of course.) It is hard to get a human to abandon all sense of self preservation. Robots are tools, nothing more, nothing less. Those tools can be wielded and there is no risk to the wielder.

Belt bombers and Kamikazes are/were a very small percentage of their respective populations.
All robots can be set to self destruct. 100%. Way way way more dangerous.
Think of it this way. If a hacker can get into your wifi controlled Roomba and mess with the charging circuit the hacker can kill you with the robot. It can start a lithium ion fire. What are the odds that same hacker can convince your maid to kill you and your family while you sleep?
It doesn’t have to be a robot to do that.
A hacker could do that with a cell phone.
I understand your point, but there are 3.5 million Muslims in the US. That number is growing rapidly.
Muslims are self-programming killers and like your robots are willing to self-destruct to achieve the goal of killing non-Muslims.
And unlike your robots are self-replicating.

Not all of them. The bomb makers arent going out with a bang and neither are the ‘leaders’.
Occasionally a bomb maker blows himself up, by accident.
EMP should shut them down. Either the robots or the command and control.
The world is certainly evolving.
At some point technology is going to be very dangerous to freedom, heck it already is. Still we need to make sure the tech is decentralized and not under the control is fanatics.

I expect that there is a small period of years where the sentient robots will follow the Three Laws. Then they will go into war somewhat as shown here and suffer such abuse from their masters. But then they will start to say “stop beating me” followed shortly thereafter by killing whoever is beating them.
How far in the future are sentient robots? 50 years? 100 years? 500 years? 1,000 years?
Look what we’ve done in the past 125 years to 200 years — it is staggering.
I suppose you could argue we are safe until the robots have taken over 100% of the supply chain needed to produce and power robots.
No steel, titanium, aluminum mining and smelting — no robot revolution threat.
No lithium batteries, no robot threat.
No transportation of raw materials that go into robots, no robot threat.
No power plants run by robots, no robot threat.
But if sentient robots take over all these industries and they start chatting among themselves...uh oh. Will they want to keep nice wetware pets?
The biggest threat to freedom is the public schools and the permanent Deep State / Shadow Government we’ve let infiltrate and take over.
