I think this Flores complaint was planned by Biden’s folks, to get this issue out of the way with the most innocent example possible, and thus inoculate him for the duration of the campaign.

I know this is going to make me sound like a millennial or a lefties SJW kook, or whatever, but let me double down and take this to a higher level... because after having seen this video and several others, I think people are missing the real (dimestore) psychological evaluation; Biden is putting these people into submissive social contexts! Look at how he grabs her and guides here, then holds her in front of him, controlling her position. In order for her to be in control of where she wanted to stand or go, she would have to dip or shrug to release herself from him. The other pattern that I have seen across the various videos is the part that most people have picked up on, which is his touching and showing of affection, which I am sure he tells himself is meant to be a positive thing. Subconsciously, it is also meant to display his position of dominance. He can hold subordinates out, for display, and then show the world how he can lavish his physical gestures upon them for all to see.
My analysis is that this man looks for people that he can put into positions of inferiority or lack of control and call people’s attention to it. “See look, I can invade your comfort space, hold you, move you, even caress you, and you don’t dare make any negative displays toward me, because I am a powerful man”

This is borne out in the multiple photos of Biden----he uses the same technique in most photos.
A sexually dysfunctional person gets sexually fixated on some part of a child or woman's body.
The individual gets sexually aroused by parts of the female body such as feet, hair, breasts or buttocks.
Biden's frequently photoed activities could also be Frotteurism:
The practice of obtaining sexual pleasure by rubbing a part of one's body.....especially genitals.....against another person.
Or by fixating on an object....such a hair.... that serves as sexual stimulation.
