Most of those in the media know the Russia Collusion story was phony, but they promoted it anyway. Their thought was they could make Trump’s life a living hell, so much so that he would either stroke out or just throw up his hands, saying “I don’t need this, I quit.” They could then say, “see, we were right, case closed” and the investigation would shut down and everything about it would be covered up, down the Memory Hole, and their role in the coup would remain locked away.
They misjudged Trump’s tenacity. Now that the hoax has been exposed, they fear that their role in the attempted coup is being exposed. They are in panic mode. I saw Scarborough the other day and he was in total meltdown, practically screaming, which made him sound even more unhinged than usual.
If Graham, Paul and others really start investigating the origin, promotion and perpetuation of the hoax really get off the ground, it wouldn’t be surprising to see some of these a$$hats commit suicide.
They know darned well that Barr cannot release the whole report, because it includes grand jury information, plus national security information, but you’re not going to hear THAT spoken out loud by lefties, so the “Release the whole report!” liars are going to have to keep singing that dirge, and a significant number of people will not accept Barr’s synopsis, or even a more complete summary, as truth. Hey...It’s all they’ve got.

The "Mueller Story" is really a continuation of the Hillary "landslide win" story.
The MSM was so invested in the knowledge that Clinton would win in a landslide victory against Donald Trump that they still can't conceive that they were wrong. Therefore, something had to happen that stole the victory from her. That "something" was Russian collusion, and Mueller was supposed to prove that Hillary was set to win and Trump stole it from her.
Trump must be colluding with Russia, because that's the only thing that preserves the Hillary landslide belief. To believe that Trump won legitimately is to accept that the MSM was wrong about everything regarding Clinton and the true sentiments of the American people in the heartland.
They are not prepared to go there yet, which is why they won't accept the Mueller report as the final say, and why they're rejecting Attorney General Barr's integrity after only a few weeks in office.
For our mainstream media, this is like the story plot device where a person is in a dream, and then they wake up only to find that they are still dreaming; then they wake up again and find that they are still dreaming, again.
The MSM is still dreaming that Hillary won the election in 2016, and every time they wake up to the truth about Donald Trump, they go back to dreaming that Hillary really won.
Every day they wake up, expecting today to be the day that proves Trump stole it. And they won't rest until they're finally proven right.

See? Some of them can actually print the truth. Yes, Leah, I really do want her imprisoned. It's been an interesting couple of days since the announcement, at which time I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of liberal voices suddenly cried out in terror...
