I will think of more stuff.... Vital for immune system to function better:
1. Good clean diet, no junk - artificial ingredients of any kind. Best fresh cooked. Wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, etc.
2. No smoking
3. Small intake of alcohol if any
4. Moderate healthy exercise according to age and health
5. Enough sleep - especially before midnight, best to be asleep before 10 if schedule allows. Naps are good!
6. Deal with anxiety and stress effective so they don’t eat you up - prayer, meditation of some kind (meditation is used in every religion), breathing excercises, lessen exposure to mental junk food, other peoples’ dramas, etc. Spending some time in nature.
7. Knowing that God is in control, not me, and He is all perfect, all knowing, all powerful and loves me unconditionally and knows what is best, even if I don’t. And he hears everyone’s prayers and needs; not that He is our order supplier, but He grants what is best for us.
