The same blind eye that permits the killing of full-term babies will be blind to Harris’ illegality to run for President.

If our Nation has degenerated to the practice of murdering full-term babies, who cares who’s elected president...After that ruling, I don’t, anymore...we are indeed a sick “society”.

One wonders if William Rawle contemplated anchor babies in 1829. Or dual citizenship for that matter as his Tory grandfather was his Achilles heel.

“She IS natural-born, because she didn’t have to be naturalized.”

That is entirely beside the point.

Someone is always trying to make that argument.

Anchor babies don’t have to be naturalized, and they are NOT natural born because their parents are not citizens. Will you agree with that statement? Being an anchor baby is her only argument for citizenship, and that is a perversion of the 14th amendment.

The Naturalization Act of 1790 directly defines natural born as being born of citizen parents.

Immigration laws can be changed by Congress, but the Constitution requires a different process. Natural born requirement is in the Constitution.

Some people only respect ‘original intent’ when convenient.

It didn’t stop Ted Cruz either and he was born in Canada.

An American with standing (POTUS) can bring it to court...even to the Supreme Court...if it gets that far.

Personally, I don't care about the legal distinction arguments. I favor duking it out in the court of public opinion.

Whether or not it would pass a challenge in a court, I still think it's worth it for everyone to shout it from the windows that Harris is not a natural born citizen because her parents were graduate students from Jamaica and India who got married after graduation and immediately had a baby.

I think it would be a perfectly fine campaign ad to ask people whether they want a President whose parents were both citizens when he was born, or do they want a President whose parents were foreign students who then raised their baby in Canada before coming back to the United States?

It doesn't have to pass a legal review to still be argued in public to the voters. Then we can see how the voters feel about it.

...as the law stands and stood at the time...

Are you talking about the laws held within USC 8?

she is ineligible and My bet is that the American people will NOT TOLERATE another ineligible candidate, especially after the seditious disaster of the last one

I fear you are wrong. the left won’t give a hoot at all. She will do what they want her to.
The courts won’t care either..

Those of us who do care will be dismissed as “oh look, here comes the birthers again”..

My guess is they will, and saying she’s ineligible will be considered racism. Too much apathy.

She is an anchor baby born to alien parents.

She should run for president of Jamaica.
