1st Session Of The 116th Congress Just Held On January 3, 2019–Group Of Republicans Side With Dems

I am concerned about Republicans deserting President Trump to side with the Democrats. At the present time, it is about the government shutdown. President Trump says until he gets the money for the border wall, the government will continue with the shutdown. We must remember that was one of his campaign promises, and he has tried to keep those to the American people.

He just finished a speech in which he stated most of the American people want the wall, and I know he is right. I do! We have a responsibility to keep our Country sovereign, but the Dems are moving to give it to the illegal aliens. I am concerned they are going to succeed.

The first session of the 116th Congress was just held in Washington on January 3, 2019. How did it go?

What occurred that you might be concerned about, as the Dems sink their newly sprouted claws into President Trump and the American people? They are riding high now, and Pelosi is the golden girl who has taken Hillary’s place.

When I listen to her talk, she never makes sense. She stumbles through her newly declared power, but she does not have to be the smartest Dem on the block. Who she has behind her – like Adam Schiff and Robert Mueller are the ones who will run this Country with her as Speaker of the House.

The Dems are already taking measures to protect the Mueller probe, but we do have a win on our side. A Judge ruled that Dr. Jerome Corsi’s lawsuit will go forward, even as Mueller is demanding it be halted. We all should be praying for Dr. Corsi and his attorney, Larry Klayman.

“Who were the Republicans who broke from Trump and the wall?

Rep. Will Hurd, who represents the 23rd District in Texas, voted for both H.J. Res. 1 and H.R. 21.
Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania’s 1st District voted for both H.J. Res. 1 and H.R. 21.
Rep. John Katko from New York’s 24th District voted in favor of both H.J. Res. 1 and H.R. 21.
Rep. Chris Smith of New Jersey voted for H.J. Res. 1 but not H.R. 21.
Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York’s 21st District voted for both H.J. Res. 1 and H.R. 21.
Rep. Fred Upton of Michigan’s 6th District voted “no” on H.J. Res. 1 but “yes” on H.R. 21.
Rep. Greg Walden of Oregon’s 2nd District voted “no” on H.J. Res. 1 but “yes” on H.R. 21.
Rep. Peter King of New York’s 2nd District voted for H.R. 21 but against H.J. Res. 1.

Of course, Fred “No-Light-Bulbs-for-YOU!” Upton was there to continue his work against America.

One will never go broke betting on the gutlessness of the GOP.

President Trump stands alone.

Here’s the list of RINOs (the usual suspects):

Texas 23rd has the longest US/Mexican border of any state, I think. What’s Hurd’s deal?

The GOP will not be in a position to override a veto because Mitch McConnell will not allow a Senate vote unless Trump and Pelosi are already on board with the bill.

Quoting Peter King NY: “You give the president close to $5 billion for the wall; you give the Democrats DACA,” King said, according to News12. “You set in motion a plan where, as the border becomes more secure, the 11 million people who are here illegally now can get a status and perhaps work toward citizenship.”

Are you lying to us again Peter King? The figure you scum politicians have been throwing at us for over two decades is 11 million illegal aliens. That figure never grows no matter how many are reported each week crossing the border illegally. Last week a knowledgeable commentator on OANN stated the true figure "has to be around 30 million,...but nobody really knows".

When the chips are down, I don't think the GOPe is going to defend the country. It will fall to the citizenry to do what is necessary to repel enemies foreign and domestic.

“you give the Democrats DACA”

These DACA aliens, unlike Mueller’s 12 Russians, actually had an electoral impact.

I want the DACA electoral aliens prosecuted, not rewarded, Quisling.

Let me allay any fear my friend. This was the greatest week for America since the kavanaugh victory ( where did Christine Ford go?) let me give you my positive take.
The democrats are stuck in an unreasonable position of representing the illegal alien over the safety and sovereignty of our Christian nation and it’s laws. President Trump stood steady ,so far. 5.7 is not enough and should now go up. He was fantastic. The dems are in full rout. No one cares about the 300,000 nonessentials. They can literally rot. WE ARE WINNING!!

If they are caving that quickly, impeachment will be a piece of cake.

President Trump needs to declassify everything he can so that we will KNOW what laws have been broken and who broke them.
