Good post. Also drinking unsweet tea is good — no kind of sweetener — you develop a taste for it.

Carbonated and flavored water is delish.
I actually cut down on my caffeine intake as well.
1-3 cups of coffee is fine.
During weeks where I get zero to 2-3 hours of sleep a night I’ll drink tons of coffee and hope the next week my brain shuts off so I can sleep....
