I read the article. She did not distinguish between Muslim, Animist, or Christian Africans. The majority of non Christian Africans are Muslim. Christian Africans do not exhibit the same characteristics as Muslim Africans, especially pertaining to women. The Africans invading Europe are predominantly Muslim. The article described Muslim cultural feminism, not Christian and not particularly Animistic.

I wonder how you get that? There's nothing there indicating specifying Muslim, and it's certainly feminism, as far as I can see. If I had to characterizze it, I'd describe it as 3rd (or 4th) world and non-feminist.
