I do not believe the Fraud was born in Kenya. As ditzy as his mother was even she would not go to Kenya to give birth.
It is true that we do not know for a fact where he was born.
As far as birth to an American mother or American father confers Natural Born citizen, the law was changed a couple of years prior to the Fraud conferring citizenship through one parent. We know for a fact that his father was NOT an American citizen.
My understanding is there are three categories of citizen: Natural Born -both parents are citizen; Native born - born in the country with one or more Non-citizen parents; Naturalized citizen- Immigrant given citizenship thru the federal process.
To make the case that he had to be born in this country would fly over the heads of the majority of the American citizens and provoke violence on an unparalleled level.
It does not help that Natural Born Citizen is not legally defined and resorting to the definitions of the past show contradicts between them.
It is rather ironic that neither parent had to be born here to birth a Natural Born Citizen. They could be Naturalized so that they are citizens.
