Hmmm. Seems just an average collection in Utah, Idaho or Wyoming. What’s the big deal? You can only use one at a time anyhow.

The zip gun is illegal. Is the Thompson fully auto? Other than that, I don't see the crime.
50,000 rounds? Meh. Decent stash, but I've seen bigger.

Folks, I’m gonna withhold judgment on this one until the facts come out.
Could be completely legit. I have about as many as was seized.... but I don’t live in liberal la-la land.
He could well be involved in illegal activities. Wait for the full story.

FYI this would seem to indicate that NYC police (in contravention to Mears’s assertion of a couple of weeks ago) will indeed confiscate firearms.

Walking into Charleston Heston’s basement would have
sent these guys over the edge.

Congrats NY. Youve made a certain convicted felon out of a 60 year old collector who wasnt harming anyone and hadnt harmed anyone. Quick! Better throw this dangerous dissident behind bars for the rest of his life for the hideous crime of disagreeing with your politics.
Sieg Heil!

"...unprecedented..."
Sounds like an otherwise peaceful person who (obviously) has not threatened and/or hurt others in the past.
So an angry ex-wife, ex-husband, ex-girlfriend, or ex-boyfriend calls the police to say, Ronald has a substantial firearms collection. and that is actually actionable? Really?
There is a good chance he will lose his job over this seizure, even if charges do not stick.
This is the kind of hassle that Big Government has in mind for citizens when it comes to private firearms ownership.

This is nothing but a regular day at the range in the free state of Sweet Home Alabama. Too bad he had to live in that totalitarian place that does not recognize the Constitutionally-protect right to keep and bear arms.

Should have moved to Georgia.
Here, this would be a modest start of a collection.

The only thing this guy is 'guilty' of is living in the fascist sh*thole of New York city. Precisely. In Arizona this would not be an atypical "collection".
I had to abandon my home state of California in order to avoid imperial infringement and reclassification from citizen to subject.
To: arrogantsob
More than likely he was selling guns to the gangs. More than likely, he is a collector. According to the 2nd Amendment, he broke no laws.
To: PROCON
What a shame. A very nice collection.
