Don't think that would be possible without a large greenhouse with year-round tropical type temperatures maintained. That would be a lot more work than one could get from the average Somali.
More likely , it is being imported.
Maybe even under the Nancy Pelosi cartel in American Samoa. Guam, Saipan or another of the FNM islands would be closer still.
