A lot of these points seem interesting and important for follow-up. However, there is one that may be poorly stated at best:

"18. The SAME Judge Chuang attended Harvard at the same time as one Barack Obama - Chuang graduated law 1994, Obama 1991 & both were editors of the Harvard Law Review. They would have known each other extreme well."

Law School is normally a 3-year process, so if Obama attended Fall 1988 to Spring 1991 he would not even overlap with another student who attended Fall 1991 to Spring 1994. Thus, those graduation dates give no evidence that Chuang and Obama knew each other AT ALL.

However, it is certainly possible/likely (perhaps certain) that their circles of friendship overlap considerably among the law students who were 2nd and 3rd yr law students when Chuang entered his first year (1991-92). And most definitely they must have developed many mutual friends among the Harvard Law School alumni circles over the years.

I am simply pointing out that the author is careless in asserting that their time periods at Harvard Law School overlapped directly, or that it is certain that "they would have known each other extremely well."
