LIBERAL GRAVE JUMPERS, WOLFF-BOOK GRAVE JUMPERS, CONSPIRACY-THEORIST

The election of Trump did not create the Left’s hate-- IT REVEALED IT!

When my husband Steve was almost 13, his grandfather died—just a few months before the old man he loved and respected had tutored him for his Bar Mitzvah. To this day, Steve remembers the burial ceremony vividly.

When the rabbi had finished the prayers at the outdoor burial site and his grandfather’s son and daughters and grandchildren were wiping the tears from their eyes, Steve told me that “my grandmother let out a blood-curdling scream and jumped into the grave—literally—right on top of the wooden coffin! And I remember three or four men had to reach in and jump in after her to lift her out.”

This is certainly not a typical reaction to loss, but it’s not unheard of. Especially if the loss is unanticipated and therefore traumatic.

A household activity here on occasion is watching The First 48, where the deceased is more often than not a person of color. Mrs. C, evidently not a person of color, often comments negatively about the very loud, very emotional reactions of family and close friends to learning that the victim has deceased. I have attempted to tell her that this is common in most parts of the world and particularly in places like Africa and the Middle East, but that doesn't placate her.

OTOH, I grew up in Japan, where showing emotion of any kind at a funeral is considered the height of ill-manneredness.

P.S. When the Bible says that "Jesus wept" at the tomb of Lazarus, he wasn't just being teary-eyed either.

This is an amazing article, and is spot on. It should be read in its entirety.
