You’re stating the obvious. I think it was the original poster’s intention to question the motivation of some attorneys who care not one whit about anything OTHER than winning. A person does not have to sell his or her soul to win, yet many do.
A lawyer is hired to WIN, that’s his job. He is not a judge nor a jury.
