The federal government’s former ethics czar says he is “stocking up” on “gear” in order to “take the streets” in the event that President Trump removes Robert Mueller as special counsel.
“I’m concerned the assault on the rule of law is coming over the holidays when we’re distracted. It‘ll be a defining moment for the Republic,” Walter Shaub wrote on Twitter on Friday.

I see many of these types of responses, but then I think of who’s doing the beatdowns at conservative and who’s getting beatdown at college conservative rallies.
Don’t you think if conservatives had the wherewithal to fight back it might have started at UC Berkeley?
I’m not encouraged by such promises. The Scots, Gauls and Celtic were fearsome warriors, however they lost because they were overwhelmed by organized concentrated forces while each of them stood ground and fought their own battle.
Then again, perhaps Trump was prescient when he invested so much personal capital in praising the military and praising the police. Was it enough?
I actually think there are at least 10% of us here on FR who have not fallen for the cover story that Mueller is “Out-to-get” Trump.
The fact is that Sessions, Rosenstein, Wray and possibly Mueller too are very solid REPUBLICANS-—and NOT never-Trumpers either. Horowitz (the IG) is a pure professional.
I think in the next couple of months these men will be revealed as patriotic heroes taking down the Clinton/Obama/Soros/Fusion gang.

Did you know that Obuma sent one of his BLM goons down to South Carolina to start riots and he got arrested for attempted murder?
