“Even where we are up against foreign courts who may be be biased...”

Why does the United States, supposedly a sovereign nation, agree to submit its economy to foreign courts empaneled with judges who know nothing about trade and care nothing about the best interests of the United States?

I think it's worse than that. Although this surrender of sovereignty is justified saying that otherwise no trade deal could be had, it's pretty clear that the motive for the Obama administration is precisely to deprive the nation of jurisdiction over itself and to surrender our sovereignty to a supra national court. This has the double advantage to them of not only weakening America but providing a path through which they can insinuate anti-constitutional provisions, bypassing Congress.

That is a truly diabolical aim and it's one about which I am on record in this forum before Obama was inaugurated.
