The statute clearly requires as a element of the crime recruitment for "armed hostility." Where does the Craigslist ad indicate that this organization is recruiting people for "armed hostility"?
When I went to that link for Craig’s list it says: “This post has been flagged for removal”.
Do we have any other source for the ads that are out there recruiting protesters?
