Remember it is elector slates. The Ballot says Hillary, but if she is forced out... 12 years ago a sherrif election... One candidates died two days before the election. The county board of supervisors said vote for the dead guy so we can pick the sheriff. The live guy won. Irony. That live guy was forced to resign because of corruption last year and faces jail time.

Is it? When we vote in TN, we’re voting for electors, not the actual candidate. Can the electors make an arbitrary choice in this situation? In any situation?
